Project Overview
Vision
To create a seamless experience for passengers and officers by improving security, reducing wait times, and minimizing delays caused by prohibited items and confusion over checkpoint procedures.
Objective
Design and develop proof of concepts (POC) that showcase innovative approaches for the airport security checkpoint to deliver a smoother passenger experience, ultimately enhancing security, reducing wait times, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Scope
We began by identifying the problem through various research methodologies in order to understand current processes, factors, and causes of delays. This helped guideus in generating and prioritizing ideas by assessing their value to customers and stakeholders.

My Contribution
1. I improved the airport signage system to make navigation clearer and more accessible and created a scalable officer name tag system with a pin library, and redesigned the existing app to include new features for enhanced functionality. 2. On a macro level, I executed the tasks such as defining the painpoint of the current traveler group, doing user survey, user interview, synthesized insghts from research and conducting usability testing. 3. Also, collaborated with a cross-functional team, including fellow designers, Deloitte clients, and SCADamp coaches, to refine the experience strategy and ensure alignment with user needs and project goals.
